We are constantly looking to expand our services and we are seeking compassionate Support Workers in Perth.
As a valued member of our team, your mission is to deliver exceptional, person-centered care, elevating the lives of our disability clients within the warmth and familiarity of their own homes. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including providing personal care, assisting our clients with in cooking and meal preparation, domestic tasks, offering dependable transport services, and social support and social assistance, empowering our clients to actively engage in community activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Understanding of disability / mental health support
- One year of experience + Cert III in Individual Support/Ageing/Disability/Community Services
- Current Australian Driver’s licence
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Medication Administration
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Manual Handling Training
